Making it easier to get a hand for you and your family

Here's where you can organise your My Food Bag meals to be delivered*. We'd like to take care of some meals for you and your family, so you can focus on the big stuff.
Here's what you need to know

Just hit ‘Organise meals now’ to leave your details and you’ll have four meals for you and your family on their way to you!  Three to cook, and one to heat and eat.

Your meals will arrive at your door on Sunday between 3.00pm and 6.00pm.  The deadline for ordering is the Sunday prior and you can choose the next available delivery, or for meals to arrive in two, three or four weeks time.  Whichever suits you best.

Get a hand co-ordinating offers to help

If you’ve got other meals or support (like cleaning, trips to appointment, social visits) that you’d like to co-ordinate from friends and family, then Support Crew’s FREE online help roster can easily co-ordinate that for you.  If you want to get started now, either set-up a Support Page on your own, or ask a friend or family member to do it for you.  They will likely be the ones keeping an eye on you anyway and will now have one place to manage all those offers to help.

*Terms and Conditions apply: My Food Bag’s My Choice Bag is for four people is non-transferrable and must be redeemed by the recipient of the email or their spouse or partner. The My Food Bag My Choice Bag can only be redeemed up until 14 days from the date the email was sent, so meals must be organised before this time. Note: the actually delivery date of meals can be outside the 14 day provided the details for delivery were provided here before the 14 day validity period.  Should My Food Bag’s My Choice Bag be discontinued, become unavailable, not meet a customer’s dietary requirements, or a customer does not live within My Food Bag’s delivery areas, Support Crew shall endeavour to source the next best alternative and shall mutually agree on the substitute with Asteron or Vero. Any information that you provide on your Support Page will remain strictly confidential between yourself and Support Crew. Suncorp has no visibility or access to your Support Page or any information or data provided on it. Please refer to Support Crew’s Privacy Policy and privacy clause (no. 6) in our Terms here.
