If a Warrior wants to use Support Crew and create a Support Page, and they don’t have access to the internet, they can ask anyone with internet access to set-up and manage a page for them. For instance: a health care provider, Support Chief, Support Crew member (family, friend, neighbour, colleague or someone in their community) could start a Support Page for a Warrior.
